Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are fundamental prerequisites, constituting the hygienic-sanitary basis for implementation of the HACCP System. When the GMP program is not efficiently deployed and controlled, additional critical control points are identified, monitored and maintained under the HACCP Plan. Therefore, the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices simplifies and makes feasible the HACCP Plan, ensuring its integrity and efficiency, with the objective of guaranteeing food safety.
The bioleve has an area of ​​1,250,000 m² of environmental reserve to ensure pure natural mineral water captured within strict quality processes.

The mineral water bioleve has a bluish tonality and physical-chemical composition that classifies it as light natural mineral water, being an extremely important nutritional complement to the organism.
Our mineral water is collected and transported by stainless steel pipes up to the container. The rooms have controlled ambient air with positive pressure passing through special filters. The packaging lines have fully automated stainless steel equipment. This ensures the quality of bioleve products.
Nature was concerned with giving us what is most pure: a mineral water with a high degree of lightness and pH around 7 (neutral). In bioleve we are doing our part, packing the water in several packages, one for each type of situation. So you and your family can have, anywhere and anytime, the pleasure of sampling the bioleve mineral water.
Returnable bottles, before being filled, pass through an inspection display, followed by a double wash process. The bottles are packed with lids containing special seals to prevent leaks, in addition to the seal and the label.
In the glass the water is bottled automatically, transported by conveyor to the packaging area. In the biolevethe glasses and lids are acquired from third parties, with quality certificate and the batches analyzed directly by the Quality Control.
The disposable containers are produced internally, stored in pallets with trays and plastic film (stretch) and are sent to the packing room by means of conveyor belts. The procedure is carried out following international standards of Good Manufacturing Practices.
The bioleve has an internal laboratory suitable for physico-chemical and microbiological analyzes, which are carried out by professionals of a higher level. Analyzes of mineral water, machines, ambient air, packaging and even the employees' hands are carried out. Weekly analyzes are carried out at the Adolfo Lutz Institute, a reference laboratory, of products collected at the point of sale.
On August 8, 1994, began operating with the brand bioleve. The Natural Mineral Water bioleve is bottled in the municipality of Lindóia, whose region presents a panorama rich in mountains and valleys, with a pleasant climate, clean air and average altitude of 677 meters, Lindóia is part of the Águas Paulistas circuit. The municipality is considered the largest producer of mineral water in Latin America.
